786abc reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, utility bill, or mobile wallet screenshot. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Deposits. 786abc accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 786abc does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method and verification status of your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before processing any withdrawal, 786abc may require completion of identity and payment method verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the account.

Currency. All transactions on the 786abc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a player deposits in an alternative currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Declined transactions. 786abc reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where a chargeback has previously been initiated by the player. Any costs incurred by 786abc as a result of a fraudulent chargeback will be recovered from the player's account balance.

786abc offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balance in most cases. Where a player's balance consists of both real-money and bonus funds, the real-money portion is staked first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply per event, per market, and per account. These limits may be adjusted by 786abc at its discretion, including on an account-by-account basis.

786abc is not responsible for any technical issues — including disconnections, browser crashes, or network outages on the player's side — that occur during an active game session. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino round, the outcome of that round will stand and be settled as normal once connectivity is restored.

A player may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting 786abc customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit payment method, subject to completed verification checks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786abc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 786abc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

786abc's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

786abc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 786abc is registered and operates. By using the platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by 786abc for resolution of any dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
